1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cortex Waitlist platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cortex is an autonomous DeFi trading engine on Solana. The Waitlist provides early access registration via Solana wallet verification, email confirmation, and optional social account linking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You register by connecting a Solana wallet and verifying your email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and credentials.
Each wallet address and email may only be registered once.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

5. Referral Program

Upon registration, you receive a referral code with a limited number of uses. Abuse of the referral system (including creating multiple accounts) may result in removal from the waitlist.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with Cortex are owned by the Cortex Agent Team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Service.
Creating multiple accounts or using automated tools to register.
Interfering with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access.
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Cortex Agent Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
